At TechPandora, we’re always trying our best to send you the best quality products. However, sometimes you might get a product that is defective. No worries, our team at TechPandora will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
You need to log in to your account in order to request a return/exchange. Simply log in to the account you purchased your product(s) with and request a refund/exchange. However, there are a few things that you need to keep in mind before requesting a refund/exchange-
- You need to request refund within 7 days after it has been delivered to you.
- The item needs to be repackaged with all the accessories/components attached to it.
- If there are documentations attached to the product(s), you need to provide that as well.
Please note that you have to bear the delivery charges associated with returning/exchanging the product(s).
Once we approve your refund/exchange request, we will send you an email regarding the next steps and provide you with updates whenever necessary.
